Session Details: Each session lasts approximately 45 to 60 minutes. 
 
How It Works: I will email you & call you prior to our session with details, so there's no need to worry about the process. Let's discuss what you would like to work on and book in a session.
 
Setting: During the healing organise a quiet, comfortable space where you can lay down, undisturbed, for the duration of the session. This is crucial for fully receiving the benefits of the healing.
 
Session: During the session, I will channel healing energy to you remotely, focusing on restoring balance and clarity.
 
Follow-Up: After the session, I will call you to discuss your experience and check in on how you're feeling.
